This book of 23.5ct yellow gold leaf can be used to create rich, gold, detailing on a variety of surfaces. Each sheet contains genuine 23.5ct yellow gold that has been beaten down to a fine, thin sheet and is supplied pressed onto tissue paper, meaning it can be handled and applied onto the desired surface without any problems. Suitable for techniques such as; oil gilding, Architec 40 gilding, poliment gilding and reverse glass gilding. It`s also suitable for internal moulded, carved and embellished areas as well as exterior work. 25 sheets are supplied measuring 80mm x 80mm x 0.1 micron Each booklet contains approximately 0.4g of fine gold. To use this product; using scissors cut the tissue and foil to the desired size. The transfer gold leaf is then placed onto the surface which has been prepared with adhesive that is still slightly tacky, then apply light pressure to the leaf.
