Artistic Wire Findings Forms, by Beadalon, are a brilliantly simple way to make your own jewellery findings! This Open French Ear Wire jig is made from sturdy nylon, with a steel pin and nylon guide sections. Follow the illustrated instructions provided to wind your chosen wire around the pin and guides, to create perfect open French ear wire findings which are consistent in size and shape. The completed Open French Ear Wire findings can then be threaded with your chosen type of beads, before finishing the ear wire with a loop, ready to attach a drop or charm. Alternatively, simply cut the end of the wire to a shorter length and close with a loop to create beautiful plain hook wires. Artistic Wire Findings Forms jigs are designed to be used with Artistic Wire from 0.50mm to 0.80mm in diameter, but can also be used with craft wires, Beadalon German Style Wire, copper wire and silver wire. The finished Open French Ear Wire finding measures approximately 15mm x 42mm. Please note that flush cutters and chain nose pliers are required to complete designs made on the jig. Full, illustrated instructions are provided. The wire gauge for this product is 20-24 (0.81mm x 0.51mm).
