The Beadsmith EZ-Rivet tool features a 1/16" piercing tool on one end that creates a hole to accommodate a rivet. The other end is a flaring tool which cleanly and precisely sets the rivet. The EZ-Rivet can pierce soft metal (brass, copper, silver) up to 18 gauge thickness, and also comes with a rounded piercing base for those times when you are piercing curved items such as rings or bangles. This EZ-Rivet base is also engineered to be interchangeable. A larger piercing tool (3/32") is also available to be purchased separately and quickly installed into the tool base, allowing you flexibility in one compact tool. PLEASE NOTE: do not use this tool to pierce steel thicker than 22 gauge (.025") as this may result in damage to the tool. Create rivet holes easily!
