The Smart Setter Plier from Beadsmith has been designed to ease the process of setting stones into bezel cup or cup chain settings. This easy to use plier is suitable for setting 10mm, 12mm and 14mm Rivoli stones. 6mm, 8.5mm and 11mm Chaton stones and 12mm Square stones. The pliers work just like parallel pliers and feature a box compound joint system that keeps the pliers parallel at all times allowing even pressure distribution. Supplied with 4 detachable heads for setting, and 1 nylon jaw for holding your item in place. To use; simply place the cup chain or setting onto the nylon jaw with stone already in place and delicately squeeze the handles closed, making sure of the alignment beforehand.
