Five piece inter changeable jewellery hammer Ideal for wire making Textured handle to assist with gripping The Whammer Deluxe by Beadsmith is a five in one jewellery hammer which has been designed specifically for wire jewellery making, although it is also a highly useful tool for any jeweller or silversmith. The Whammer Deluxe features a permanent, highly-polished convex steel head which is suitable for general jobbing work including; spreading, flattening and work hardening metal. The opposite hammer head is interchangeable and can be used with the attachable; Nylon Flat Head which is ideal for smoothing kinks in wire and tempering coated and plated wires without marking the surface. The polished Brass Flat Head is ideal for pressing down curved or curled wires and is recommended to be used after the Nylon Head. The Tapered Rectangular Head is perfect The Tapered Rectangular Head is perfect for creating linear textures on wire and sheet and the Dapping Head adds a hammered texture to sheet metal or wire 20 gauge (0.8mm) or thicker. The Beadsmith Whammer Deluxe jewellery hammer features a short, ergonomic handle and weighted head which both ensure accuracy and control. It is advised to use this tool along side a steel block for best results. Please note; the hammer head measures approximately 85mm long x 25mm diameter. The Nylon, Brass and Rectangular Head measure 25mm long and the Dapping Head measures 35mm long x 9.9mm diameter.
