Standard bench peg for use with work benches Made from a sturdy wood The ideal support for a range of techniques 145mm x 72mm A traditional bench peg or pin, ideal for everyday workshop use. The ideal platform for a range of jewellery making tasks - supporting you whilst sawing, drilling, filing and sanding. The Peg is wedge shaped and has both a horizontal and slanted surface. The slanted surface is uppermost when the peg is set securely into the centre of the semi-circle of the bench. To prepare the peg an upsidedown `V` should be cut from the centre third extending about a third of the way back - this produces a good support either side of the metal when piercing. NB Not suitable for the `Bench Peg & Anvil` (999 081A) unless cut to size. Length 145mm x Width 72mm.
