This high quality steel burr from Busch has a flat cutter/circular saw profile measuring 2.30mm diameter. Burrs are used in conjunction with a pendant drill, hobby drill or micromotor in order to cut or grind away, shape or give pattern to a surface (usually metal). This burr has a cutting edge measuring 0.40mm. To prolong the life of a burr and reduce chatter, a lubricant such as Burr Life Cut Lube (998 021) can be used.
