Knife Edge burr - 6.0mm diameter. Made from steel. Used in conjunction with a pendant drill, hobby drill or micromotor to cut or grind away, shape or give pattern to a surface (usually metal). Each burr construction is of a number of teeth/blades (in a given shape) mounted onto a shank (usually 3/32). The shank fits into the collet/chuck of the drill, and when turned removes the surface being worked upon. Quantity of material removed depends on pressure applied Use of `Burr Life lubricant`(998 021) helps prolong the burrs cutting ability. Various sizes available: 6.0mm, 8.0mm & 10.0mm
