This high quality steel burr from Busch has a cylinder shaped profile measuring 0.60mm diameter, with a `cross cut` teeth pattern. Cross cut burrs have a more aggressive cut and are ideal for the removal of large amounts of material. Burrs are used in conjunction with a pendant drill, hobby drill or micromotor in order to cut or grind away, shape or give pattern to a surface (usually metal). This burr has a total length of 3.00mm. To prolong the life of a burr and reduce chatter, a lubricant such as Burr Life Cut Lube (998 021) can be used.
