This high quality steel burr from Busch has a tapered conical profile measuring 2.10mm in diameter, with a `cross cut` teeth pattern. Cross cut burrs have a more aggressive cut and are ideal for the removal of large amounts of material. Burrs are used in conjunction with a pendant drill, hobby drill or micromotor in order to cut or grind away, shape or give pattern to a surface. This burr has a total length of 5.70mm and tapers at an angle of 6 degrees. To prolong the life of a burr and reduce chatter, a lubricant such as Burr Life Cut Lube (998 021) can be used.
