More commonly known as a barking wheel this 10.0mm diameter Busch Burr 412 Wheel is made from steel. Used in conjunction with a pendant drill, hobby drill or micromotor to cut or grind away, shape or give pattern to a surface which is usually metal. Each burr construction is of a number of teeth/blades, in a given shape, mounted onto a shank which is usually 3/32. The shank fits into the collet/chuck of the drill, and when turned removes the surface being worked upon. Quantity of material removed depends on pressure applied. Use of Burr Life lubricant (998 021) helps prolong the burrs cutting ability. Various sizes available: 6.0mm, 8.0mm & 10.0mm
