Made from Steel this set contains 7 round punches which measure approximately 6mm, 8mm, 9.5mm, 11mm, 12.5mm 14mm and 15mm diameter. Please note the holes will be slightly bigger to allow a clean and accurate stamp. To operate: Remove all punches and insert metal sheet into centre slit under the circle required Insert the appropriate punch and strike with a hammer. Thicker gauges may require more than one strike The disc will come out of the bottom of the tool, ready for you to use Due to the nature of the process, burring can occur - simply use emery paper to sand flush. This disc cutter will cut a maximum sheet thickness of 1.0mm on soft metals such as copper, silver, brass and gold. We advise to use lubricant to avoid tarnish and prolong its working life. Please note- the diameter of the punches may vary.
