For best results we advise annealing your metal to soften it and using with a rawhide mallet (997 3117) starting with largest dome and working down the dome sizes to obtain a deeper curve. Using a metal doming block as apposed to a wooden block will help you create domes quicker. This 70mm square doming block features 26 half spheres. The half spheres sizes range from: 3mm,4mm,5mm,6mm,7mm,8mm,9mm,10mm,11mm,12mm,13mm,14mm,15mm,16mm,17mm, 19mm,21mm,23mm,25mm,27mm,30mm,34mm,38mm,42mm,47mm,52mm. We recommend keeping the cups in your doming block clean and polished as any marks will be transferred into your material. If you are not using the product for a prolonged period then it is advised to oil the doming block to avoid it from rusting during storage.
