Constructed from cast iron for strength and offers a 1.1kw variable speed motor that runs from 5 to 20 RPM. It has the ability to run in forward or reverse motion in near silent operation and is powerful enough for continuous use. This robust mill comes complete with specially induction hardened combination rolls (to 64RC) which features a flat working area suitable for a maximum sheet thickness of 6mm x 80mm wide and 11 square grooves for wire rolling measuring 1mm - 8mm. In addition a set of extension rollers are also provided, offering 4 D-Shaped grooves including 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm and 4mm.
