The Metal Bending Set requires minimal effort to bend pieces of wire or strip up to 2mm thick, and is particularly useful for forming rings, cuffs, bezels and for making repeated curved or angled shapes for your jewellery making. The hardened steel dies make forming metal to the same angle or curve quick and simple, and there are seven dies with matching outer dies to choose from. To use the Metal Bending Set, select your chosen die and insert into the base, then insert your chosen outer die into the dovetail joint of the arm. Insert your metal wire or strip between the dies and turn the handle to create a smooth, even curve which will be identical every time. The set includes five round dies: 22mm 20mm 16mm 14mm 12mm Plus 90° and 60° angle dies for crisp, angled bends. The base of the Metal Bending Set can be screwed into a work surface, or can be secured into a bench vice using the screw-in attachment provided. The dies in this set are 19mm high.
