This professional, timesaving tool enables incredible flexibility for various sized coils made from almost any kind of wire, resulting in a precision finish jump ring ready for soldering. This efficient tool features 20 round, plated mandrels that create various sized coils from: 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 5.5mm, 6mm, 6.5mm, 7mm, 7.5mm, 8mm, 8.5mm, 9mm, 9.5mm, 10mm, 10.5mm, 11mm, 11.5mm and 12mm diameter with the ability of cutting up to 100mm lengths. The high stem coiler has a keyless chuck for simple operation and provides extra space for your hands and comes with a full sized handle for comfort. A four sided coil holder is included for securing your coils in place during cutting. Both parts can either be secured to your bench or held within a vice. A flex shaft holder (suitable for Foredom hand pieces only) is provided for effortless and safe cutting. Other parts included: Durston lubrication, a blade and 2 Allen keys. Maximum wire thickness for inserting into the mandrel hole is approximately 1mm. Please note - lubrication must be applied before cutting to prolong the life of the blade and ensure you apply full revs and are using full force. Safety glasses must always be worn.
