Featuring a unique gearing system, this bending tool gives great reduction and requires minimal effort when bending and is suitable for forming metal up to 2mm thick. 11 forming dies are included in this set, each being precision made for optimum performance and manufactured from hardened and polished tool steel. Delrin dies are also supplied to accompany the steel dies. Each die is stored in a marked tray which is set above the bender attached to a pivoting post, this tray can be swung out of the way if required. The main forming tool can be used either in the lower tray or it can be secured to your bench using four countersunk holes in the base. This set includes: Main forming tool 9 x Round dies; 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm and 24mm (with 9 matching Delrin dies) 1 x 60 degree die (with matching Delrin die) 1 x 90 degree die (with matching Delrin die) Each round die has a been made with a rounded edge to minimise damage to the metal being formed. It is simple to use; insert the die pair onto the bender spindles, place your ring between them and rotate the handle to press the dies together to transfer the shape of your die. Please note - secure fixings are not supplied. This product comes with a 1 year guarantee.
