This Efcolor Universal Firing Plate has been designed to support your enamel pieces during the heating process. You can easily adjust and bend the attached four prongs by hand, enabling you to create a custom fit for almost any shape of copper blank. The design ensures minimal contact is made, which is useful if you have applied enamel on both sides. You can be assured your pieces are secure whilst transferring to and from the oven. Efcolor have provided the low-temperature enamelling solution that makes it quick and easy to enamel your designs at home, without a kiln. This can be used with Efcolor Enamels (861 000). The Efcolor Universal Firing Plate measures approximately 80mm. This tool is for oven use only and will not fit inside the Efcolor Enamelling Stove. When handling, please use heat resistant gloves due to the high temperatures it can reach.
