This Enamel Scrolling Tools is designed for all scrolling techniques. You can achieve decorative patterns and designs while your piece is in the kiln. The fine, right angled point at the end of the tool enables delicate, precise movement through molten enamel. Use it to create beautiful marbled effects from lump enamel or enamel threads. Scrolling tools can create complex, swirling patterns from enamel, or can produce a simple swirl or trail from a single piece of lump or thread enamel. The Scrolling Tool measures approximately 42cm long and has a comfortable wooden handle, allowing you to work safely on your enamelled surface while it is still inside the kiln. However, safety precautions should be taken - heat protective gloves and eye protection should be worn. Be sure to also secure your enamel piece effectively, so that it is not pulled off the trivet while working.
