This precision formed round wax tube has been designed to improve the process of wax carving making it easier and quicker for you to create hinges, bezels, catches and other unique design elements and because they are pre-fabricated ready to use they will also reduce waste, compared to traditional wax blocks. Made from Blue wax (standard) it offers good hand carvability, excellent flexibility and has a hardness (Shore D) of 52, making it perfect for creating extremely thin wall depths and intricate carvings. This specially designed wax is supplied in 6 x 5" lengths (127mm), each tube measuring 2mm diameter with a 0.75mm wall thickness.
