The Magic E7 is designed to engrave and cut precious metals including; gold, silver, platinum. A variety of metals like copper, brass, titanium, aluminium and stainless steel as well as various plastics, acrylic, wood, glass and wax. The Magic E7 is capable of engraving and cutting beautiful letters and detailed images on both curved and flat surfaces like; pendants, dog tags, watch backs, rings, bangles, and pens. The rotary clamp secures rings, bangles and pens for engraving. While the built in L-tool supports engraving of personal messages on the inside surface of ring and bangles, up to 93mm wide. The MagicArt PC software included with the E7 is extremely user friendly, allowing you to design characters, patterns, symbols, shapes, logos and even photographs quickly and easily. It is also fully compatible with Microsoft Office and designs can be easily loaded from a USB drive. The Magic E7 can also be used to carve wax. The software is compatible with 2D and 3D CAD/CAM so wax models can be created offering lower production times and design flexibility. It features a built in holder to support wax cylinders so wax rings can also be carved. A depth regulating nose ensures consistent depth engraving on uneven surfaces. Four sensors automatically measure the material and the tool prior to cutting and engraving, and a laser pointer indicates the exact area of engraving for precise and errorless results. This multi-functional cutting and engraving machine can engrave a maximum working area of 238mm x 178mm x 39mm. Material thickness up to 60mm. The maximum rotary outside diameter is 80mm. It has a cutting depth of 1.5mm for harder metals and 2mm for softer metals. The bright LED lights and camera-view function makes it easy to see the material being engraved and the open back aids in the cutting and engraving of longer pieces. The machine is noiseless and compact making it perfect for a desktop or work surface within a shop or studio.
