The L3 100W is equipped with a powerful laser source offering easy, fast and convenient cutting or engraving. Due to its high performance and fine tune control of output, it allows users to perform accurate and reliable engraving and cutting in no time. It can quickly and easily create shade, surface texture, deep engraving as well the ability to cut beautiful shapes and images on curved or flat surfaces. Suitable for use on a variety materials including: gold, silver, platinum, copper and brass, aluminium, stainless steel, polymers and ceramics. Thanks to the cableless docking station and the fine-tune control of the laser output, it ensures high-contrast black and white marking, deep marking or cutting whilst you can effortlessly change between pendant and ring engraving mode, making the L3 perfect for personalistion of jewellery. Equipped with a wide variety of automated features, the L3 helps even the most novice of users create errorless, safe and fast marks or cuts. The machine can transfer various engraving techniques and effects such as hatching, contour or blackening. The Load-N-Go docking station automatically positions the rotary clamp, whilst at the same time setting its angle in accordance with the ring, offering a straightforward process. It is compatible with Magic Art 7 CAD/CAM software, offering lower production times and design flexibility. Camera positioning offers a clear view of the design markings on the material and a built-in laser pointer indicates the exact area of engraving for precise and errorless results. The laser focus is automatically set for the interior or exterior engraving of rings with no manual focus adjustment needed. The door has a maximum opening height of 266mm (10.4"). Safety sensors detect the status of the laser machine and protect users from unsafe situations. An LCD screen shows the machines progress and displays the remaining time. The machine is noiseless and compact, allowing it to be used anywhere, making it perfect for a desktop or work surface within a shop or studio. The L3 laser marking machine can engrave on a maximum working area of 112mm W x 112mm L x 100mm H and cut up to 3mm thick material. The output beam diameter measures 7mm. The chamber of the unit measures 350 mm W x 100 mm H x 170 mm D. An extraction unit is advised when using the L3 machines. It is the customers responsibility to carry out risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
