Light weight replacement bowl Made from a clear, heavy duty plastic Measures approximately 90mm diameter See-through plastic for extra control during cleaning This light weight replacement bowl is to be used with the Magnetic Tumbler Polishing Machine (999 6027) and replaced when the original bowl becomes defective. Made from a clear, heavy duty plastic, this bowl allows the effective cleaning of smaller, more delicate non-magnetic items (filigree, chain, small components) when used with stainless steel pin shot and recommended cleaning solution. The bowl is small measuring approximately 90mm diameter therefore can only hold a maximum of 8 rings at one time with an advised 60-70g of stainless steel pin shot. A great advantage of this bowl compared to rubberised barrels is that it is more hard wearing, offering a longer life span. It also loads from the top which eliminates leakage and because it`s see-through it allows you to easily check your pieces as they burnish. To use: Simply fill the bowl up half way of water Add a small amount of solution Add your cleaned pins and finally your item It is advised to ensure your bowl is always clean before use to minimise dirt or particle transfer and ensure fresh solution is used with every new cycle. To increase your production keep spare bowls at hand, have one bowl running whilst you prepare and load your second.
