Palladium plating bath DEKOR NF is a neutral palladium plating bath, suitable for depositing nickel-free palladium coatings up to a coating thickness of 0.3 ?m. Developed by highly qualified specialists, this solution is very easy to handle, therefore achieving a fast and efficient processing result every time. This time saving solution has a high colour stability and offers optimal throwing power. In addition, the layers are deposited in a shine-maintaining manner, minimising clouding. It can be electroplated without an intermediate layer directly on silver, copper, bronze or brass. It is important to read the information sheet before use. Following the outlined procedures are essential for optimal results as additional products and processes are needed. Instructions for use: Anode material: platinised titanium (998 1423) Tank material: PPH Max. layer thickness: 0.3 micron Hardness: ca. 230-250HV Bath temperature: 55-60°C Voltage: 1-2V Add 800ml of Deionised water into a thoroughly cleaned tank The solution must be stirred until the chemicals have been dissolved and have fully merged with the water Then the make-up solution is heated up to the operation temperature and its ph value is measured The chemical must be stored sealed and has a limited shelf life (approx. 2 years after date of manufacturer). Always check the expiry date displayed on the bottle. This product is categorised as Hazardous Goods therefore it may be a diluted solution of pure chemical, a mixture of substances, manufactured products or articles which can pose a low element of risk to people, animals or the environment if not properly handled in use or in transport.
