This Vallorbe Round File measures 152mm in length with a 5.9mm thickness, it features a round profile with abrasive teeth all around that extend to the tapered end. This file is ideal for creating smooth, rounded edges and finishing and deburring concave surfaces. Jewellers may wish to use a separate set of needle files for gold work to avoid cross-contamination of metal. Although it is not necessary to use a handle with these files, specific file handles are available - 999 0549 This file has a fine cut 4 finish. The coarser the file, the more metal is removed.
