Ideal for filing tight angles and welds Swiss made 6.2mm x 2.2mm at widest point Half round profile Designed, developed and manufactured in Switzerland, these high-quality Vallorbe files undergo rigorous checks to ensure they stand the test of time. Made from high carbon steel and suitable for use on all metals, they deliver a superior performance time and again. This Vallorbe Half Round Needle File measures 200mm in length, 6.3mm x 2.0mm at widest point. It features one flat face and one convex face making it ideal for most miniature filing jobs. Jewellers may wish to use a separate set of needle files for gold work to avoid cross-contamination of metal. Although it is not necessary to use a handle with needle files, specific needle file handles are available 999 493. This file has a medium cut 2 finish. The coarser the file, the more metal is removed.
