Made from high carbon steel and suitable for use on all metals, the files within this kit deliver a superior performance time and again. This Vallorbe Classic Jewellers Kit contains all the essential equipment needed when starting to learn your craft as a beginner, as well as essential tools for an advanced jeweller. Jewellers may wish to use a separate set of needle files for gold work to avoid cross-contamination of metal. Although it is not necessary to use a handle with needle files, there are two plastic screw-on handles included to help with grip and increase comfort whilst working. The files included are coarse cut 0 and Medium-Coarse cut 2 finish. The coarser the file, the more metal is removed.
