Use the flat clamp edge to cut and file straight, accurate edges at a perfect 90° angle or to a bevelled 45° edge. Use the V-grooves to accurately centre wire or tube, to be cut to a perfect 45°, 60° and 90° Angles edge every time in sheet (up to 28.5mm wide) using this three hinge device. This has been made from high grade hardened steel - 60 HRC. Maximum wire thicknesses: 45°: Flat wire - 25mm wide x 6mm thick, Round wire - 6.5mm 60°: Flat wire - 25mm wide x 7mm thick, Round wire - 7.5mm 90°: Flat wire - 25mm wide x 8mm thick, Round wire - 9mm
