CORE DRIVE gravel stabiliser grid is the core of hassle-free gravel paving for all types of vehicle or pedestrian traffic with no compromise in strength and durability. \n \nPart of a natural porous paving system, just add gravel to the interlocking panels of hexagon cells and you have an eco-friendly surface that costs less than asphalt, concrete, or block pavers. \n \nCORE DRIVE solves the problems of aggregates without gravel stabilisation sinking, migrating, and forming ruts. \n \nA CORE DRIVE gravel stabiliser panel is a sheet of connected hexagon cells with a geotextile backing underneath. Made from recyclable milky-white virgin PP (polypropylene) material, our proprietary manufacturing process provides a rigid honeycomb design that holds its uniform hexagon shape which provides maximum load bearing. The underside incorporates a durable geotextile which allows water to drain easily and prevents weed growth. All panel edges have an interlocking system that makes for easy installation, even on steep grades. \n

High Load Bearing

\nCORE Drive’s honeycomb grid construction provides tightly packed pockets of loose gravel which create a completely porous hard standing, allowing extreme pressure from vehicular traffic to be applied without the aggregate displacing, this makes CORE drive gravel grid more practical and versatile than other more costly paving options. \n

Attached High Quality Membrane

\nOur unique manufacturing technique enables us to heat weld a high quality geotextile membrane to the underside of every panel. This heat weld attaches the membrane firmly to the honeycomb structure and creates a tray for the gravel to sit in, this prevents the gravel from migrating under the cell wall which causes the honeycomb structure to rise and become exposed making it susceptible to irreparable damage. \n

Interlocking Mechanism

\nEach panel has an interlocking mechanism on all four side which allows all adjacent panels to be connected in every direction forming a continuous matrix across the entire surface. The importance of the interlocking mechanism cannot be stressed enough, it prevents the sheets from drifting apart, giving the gravel the opportunity to migrate between the panels which in turn can cause the system to fail, especially on sloping areas. \n \nThe heat welded membrane combined with the interlocking panels has enabled us to create the thinnest and least obtrusive driveway grid system available. \n \n
