CPM combine forces to launch new Sump Pump

CPM has joined forces with T-T Pumps to create a new precast concrete sump pump for use in pumping stations, which they exhibited at The Offsite Construction Show at ExCel, London in October. The Ready Sump® incorporates the key features required for pumping stations that need to meet the adoptable standards demanded by the local water authority. These key features and benefits include rapid economic and safe installation, reduced health and safety risks and allow for super hydraulic performance. All adoptable pumping stations are required to be made using concrete and the conventional way was to construct the sump on site to the water company specification which in its self is move expensive, requires entry to the excavation manhole and is a more timely process, as well as requiring more concrete to be transported to site, whereas the new Ready Sump® is made off-site reducing all of these factors.
