Reliable and precise cutting
? The LC 100 cross-cutting machine cuts cables, wires, hoses and similiar profiles up to a diameter of 8 mm.
? Thanks to its simple operation and rugged design, LC 100 is perfect for both short runs and production runs.
? Lengths and quantities can be quickly entered via a membrane keypad.
? Two driven transport rollers guarantee that the material is not damaged while being fed through the machine. Measurement rollers which run separately guarantee precise cutting lenghths irrespective of the material used.
Quick material change thanks to automatic positioning of the drive and measurement wheels when opening and closing the front flap.
? A material change couldn't be simpler. As the front flap swivels down, the drive and measurement rollers are automatically moved away from each other. The material being cut is inserted and when the front flap closes, the drive and measurement rollers position themselves automatically.
? For cutting sensitive materials, the application forces of the drive roller can be manually readjusted. It is also possible to change the transport speed via the keypad.
? The software which comes with each LC 100 allows repeat cutting orders to be processed and documented directly on the PC and then downloaded onto the LC 100.
