New Curtis Board of Directors member: Elizabeth Emily Marwell

The new Curtis Board of Directors member, Elizabeth E. Marwell, is a graduate of Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors and where she was a Winthrop Scholar. She also studied at Art History at the John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. Presently, Ms. Marwell is Art Collections Manager/Associate Registrar at the Forbes Collection New York City, where she has been active in various curatorial positions since 2006. Prior to that she was assistant curator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and at the Florence Griswold Museum in Old Lyme, Connecticut.
