The ALL-TEST PRO On-Line II Electrical Signature Analysis instrument sets the standard for modern Current and Voltage Signature Analysis and Power Analysis industry-wide.
The system is based on demodulated current and voltage and current Fast-Fourier Transform (FFT) allowing the analyst or technician to view the electrical system both upstream (supply) and downstream (load) from the point of test. The Power Analysis and Electrical Signature Analysis software allows for a complete analysis of the electrical and motor system and is supported with an easy-to-use menu operation and automated data analysis.
Test data can be taken remotely using this hand-held instrument or via the instrument’s Bluetooth wireless interface by using the computer software in virtual instrument mode. Data is uploaded and analysed within minutes, either way
ATPOL II™ is actually two instruments in one - a complete Motor Analyser (ESA) and a complete Power Quality Analyzer (PQ). In ESA mode it evaluates the condition of incoming power, the control circuit, the motor itself, and the driven load and results can be trended for Condition Based Maintenance/Predictive Maintenance purposes. When in PQ mode it can be used for energy data logging, harmonic analysis, voltage and current charting, view waveforms, waveform capture of sags and swells, transient capture and event capture.
For even greater operator safety the optional ALL-SAFE PRO® connection boxes can be installed so the electrical panel need not be opened for data collection purposes. Besides better operator safety during data collection, this will also allow the user to test potentially a hundred motors each day.
