The Fluke 1000FLT Fluorescent Light Tester is an easy-to-use tool that tests fluorescent lamps, lamp pins, ballasts, and non-contact voltage (NCV). The 1000FLT includes a built-in rod extender that allows you to reach up to 1 meter (3 feet) for easier access to high fixtures.
