The Kewtech SMARTPAT is a hand-held portable appliance tester and can test the electrical safety of Class I and Class II appliances. The SMARTPAT performs tests and indicates PASS/FAIL results complying with the criteria of judgement defined in The IEE Code of Practice for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment: 2003.FEATURESEasy to use.
