Artwork Template DownloadThe body of our Master Flex pavement sign is made from HDPE, HDPE stands for high-density polyethylene, and is a very tough and hard-wearing material, making it great for constant use outdoors. The double-sided sign panel is connected to the base using a stainless steel hinge that allows your sign panel to flex slightly in fast winds, this prevents damage to your sign's structure. As well as resistance to wind, your sign is completely waterproof, even the graphics: if you choose to add them, allowing you to leave the Master Flex outside rain or shine. For even further stability you can fill the sign's base with up to 12 litres of water or sand to prevent unwanted movement. The material used for our optional custom graphics for this sign use gloss vinyl stickers on both sides, and are printed using UV resistant eco-friendly inks that provide a long-lasting and vibrant result. In terms of storage and transport, the Master Flex comes in two pieces that can be assembled and disassembled in under 2 minutes by just one person, meaning you can easily pack away when not needed. In terms of moving the sign itself, the base has wheels built-in, allowing you to freely move the sign from one location to another without strain even when the base is filled.
