Direct Thermal Piggy-Back Self Adhesive Paper is an eco direct thermal paper laminated with two layers of permanent acrylic adhesive to its liner. It is often also sometimes referred to as Twin Stick. The face material has a thermo-sensitive coating that changes colour to black in contact with heat, therefore it is not suitable for use outdoors or in direct sunlight. Piggy-Back materials are used when a 2nd self adhesive label is required after a first layer has been applied or peeled off such as in direct mail or logistics labelling or in industries such as healthcare where full traceability is vital.
