Laser Printable Metal Tagging Systems

IML has cemented a partnership with the reputable American based Pannier Corporation to supply specially coated metal tags for hot applications where synthetic labels cannot survive. Providing heat resistance up to 1000°C, these tags also withstand the pickling processes, outdoor exposure and rough handling – preserving vital data. Metal tags are available in a number of sizes and can be welded, nailed, tied or strapped to stock. IML-Pannier’s laser printer, containing a powerful air-cooled 30W CO2 laser, creates permanent text, graphics, barcodes and 2D data matrix codes. Mark-CLEER, the system’s in-built software, allows simple and quick tag formatting via a Windows XP operating system.
