Mark's fundraiser for British Heart Foundation

As many of you know 6 months ago we lost Richard to a cardiac arrest.

What better than a fat bloke to try and raise some money for a great cause than the Hackney half marathon.                                                                                 

Please all dig deep and donate a few quid or a fiver the price of a pint.

And hopefully I’ll see you all after the training and the big event for a cold beer in the sunshine just like I used to do with my old mate Rich. ❤️
