Replacement bed body weight detection sensor for use with Rondish sensor monitoring alarm devices. The sensor is generally placed under the mattress of a person's bed to detect their presence or exit. When weight is removed from the bed the sensor alarm contacts generate an alarm condition to activate the alarm device. Compatible Rondish alarm controllers: BTX-03M, BTX-11 (new) BMS-03, BMDV-11
