MEAN WELL HVGC-100 SERIES - 100W CONSTANT CURRENT LED POWER SUPPLIES

Ecopac Power announces the launch of the latest Mean Well 100 watt LED power supplies; the constant current HVGC-100 series. With up to IP67 rating these metal cased power supplies are designed to deal with very harsh environments and have been manufactured with aluminium casing and stainless steel screws. Supplied with a 5 year warranty the HVGC-100 series have a very wide input range of 180 – 480Vac. The Mean Well HVGC-100 series come with three options for dimming, Option A allows users of the HVGC-100 series the DC current can be adjusted from 60% to 100%. Option B has a three-in-one dimming function using 0 - 10Vdc, pulse width modulation (PWM) or a resistive load. The optional D type comes with “multiple stage timer dimming” function that can be customized by request. The Mean Well LED Drivers are high voltage output models operating up to 285Vdc. With built-in two-stage PFC function meeting the harmonic current limitation per EN61000-3-2 Class C (>50% load) they also meet PF>0.9 if loading over 50% (>80% load under 440VAC). Designed with up-to date high efficiency topology the HVGC-100 series have up to 92% of high efficiency and can operate from -40°C to +70°C ambient temperature. To comply with the requirements of street lighting these Mean Well power supplies have 4KV surge immunity (EN61000-4-5). Theycan also be used with a single phase 230Vac input or can take one phase from a 380 - 600Vac three-phase power system. In addition they comply with global certificates as per UL/CUL/FCC for the HVG-100 and UL/CUL/TUV/CB/CE for the HVGC-100, including UL8750 standards and EN61347-2-13 for lighting regulations.
