42U High Density Patching FramePatching frame for managing high density networks in Data Centres and Enterprise IT environmentsEDP Europe's 42U High-Density Patching Frame is capable of managing the high-density networks in Data Centre or Enterprise IT environments. Its fully welded steel construction makes it incredible strong while bolt down locations within the base ensure the patching frame won't move once in position. Measuring 800mm wide and 700mm deep the 42U High Density Patching Frame has the security of network connectivity at its core. Removable side panels can only be removed once they have been unlocked, while security to the front wardrobe style 83% open area doors is achieve via a locking swing-handle and 3-point locking system. The security can be further enhanced by replacing the swing-handle with an intelligent lock that enables the integration of a rack access control system. The systems not only enhance rack security by controlling access but also offer the means to record who has access the rack and provide an audit trail.The high-density patching frame has large base and roof apertures for cable entry with a large full-height cable tray at the rear for improved cable management and segregation. Infill panels in the front and rear of the frame feature cable access apertures to further enhance cable management. Adjustable 19� mounting profiles at the front of the frame can be adjusted from a minimum distance of 77mm to a maximum of 245mm for greater flexibility. Earth bonding points can be found on all panels and the frame with the patching frame finished in a Light Grey (RAL7035) powder coat as standard, but with other colours available upon request.Like other cabinets and racks in EDP Europe's range of Server & Network Cabinets the high-density patching frame can be customised to meet individual project requirements as part of our Bespoke Design Service.
