Our design and documentation processes apply to all projects, from a simple electrical wiring harness that is part of a mechanical design to a wi-fi enabled, touch-screen medical device. The design process, including schematic capture, PCB layout and mechanical integration is implemented in Altium and Solidworks using our validated component and footprint libraries. Bill of Materials costing, procurement for prototyping, design for EMC/ESD, development of manufacturing documentation and regulatory technical file preparation are managed according to our ISO 13485 processes. Regular design reviews during development and testing ensures that designs can be verified before release to manufacture.
