SM482 PLUS HANWHA Pick and Place Machine Installed

Nice install this week of another NEW HANWHA SM482PLUS Pick and Place Machine. This time replacing a 22year old Quad pick and place machine. The New improved SM482PLUS now uses a more user friendly part editor, 7% faster than the original SM482 and improved accuracy of +/-40um. After careful consideration of available machines on the market, Mutech Limited of Irlam Wharf selected the HANWHA SM482 PLUS. Great flexible machine with a good feeder capacity of 120, optimum speed of 30'000cph and a large placement range of 01005 up to 75mm Long connectors.
