A Shropshire precast concrete company has teamed up with a renowned financial broker to launch a new finance package said to be the first of its kind in the industry.
Telford-based Elite Precast Concrete has joined forces with Kata Crushing & Recycling Finance, a financial specialist for the recycling sector, to put together a dedicated deal that will enable clients to buy its range of ‘V’ and ‘Lego’ interlocking blocks using competitively priced finance.
The bespoke package will enable companies to spread the cost of buying precast concrete blocks over a range of timescales, easing cash flow for firms, as well as giving them the opportunity to fund larger scale initiatives.
“The difficulties that many businesses experience raising finance have been well publicised and previously, financing the ‘infrastructure element’ of a new project or business has been impossible. However, with the support of Kata Crushing & Recycling Finance, we been able to put together a carefully tailored range of options at very competitive rates.” Owen Batham, Sales and Marketing Director of Elite Precast Concrete, explained.
Robert Brown, of Leicestershire-based Kata Crushing & Recycling Finance, commented: “We are delighted to work together with Elite Precast Concrete on such a forward-thinking initiative. From our experience, we know how frustrating it can be for firms to secure competitive funding to assist with exciting expansion and growth plans. This is a fantastic way for businesses to access the funding they need, and we are sure it will have a hugely positive impact on the industry.”
Founded in 2008 by a team with more than 40 years industry experience, Shropshire-based Elite Precast Concrete Limited is the UK market leader in manufacturing and supplying interlocking and ‘V’ interlocking precast concrete blocks. By adopting an innovative and forward-thinking approach, both in its production processes and sales and marketing strategy, the company’s precast concrete products are now used by a wide range of UK and international clients including local authorities, recycling businesses, and waste management firms, to build durable waste storage bays. The blocks are also heavily used in industries such as outdoor hospitality, transport, and construction, where they are utilised as kentledge – a form of temporary counterweight – to hold scaffolding, security fencing, and marquees in place.
