Features: Holds 10 x 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm containers at 75mm shelf centres Easy to use analogue controls Oven is fitted with adjustable humidity control 2 speed Cooking fan is fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around! Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
