This Inotech electric rotisserie has been designed for "Front of House Cooking", is has painted enamelled front panels and can be supplied with a choice of 2 colours, an added feature of this rotisserie is the option of fitting an extraction canopy with the same matching colours - the extraction requires no external venting as it has an inbuilt charcoal filtration system - it adds 350mm to height of rotisserie.
