These beautiful Inotech US Legend Chicken rotisseries, are designed for "Front of House" cooking - they have attractive "Wall of flame" burners and are made with Enamelled painted fronts, can be supplied with a choice of 4 colours and 4 spit options. The spits are adjustable front to rear, allowing you to keep the Birds warm after cooking. These rotisseries can be used both indoors and outdoors. Features; Choice of colours - Red, Black, Green or Blue - with choice of Brass or Stainless trims 4 Spit capacity - Each spit has its own motor and will hold 6 x 1.2kg chickens - spit length is 612mm Vertical spit can be supplied as an option ideal for hanging Leg of lamb etc - can not be retrofitted ( as on product image) Spit can be moved backward or forwards allowing different sizes of meat to be cooked.
