This Moretti Forni SB/50P Professional countertop dough sheeter allows quick and easy rolling out of dough with minimal input from the operator.
Features:
Belt size - 500mm wide by 710mm ( x 2)
Chain drive to dough rollers which have a diameter of 60mm
Speed - Choice of 2 speed on 415v unit (3 phase) 1 speed on 230v version
Belt direction - the direction of the belt can be reversed by the swing of the handle
Dough thickness - the thickness of the dough to be rolled can be adjusted froma few mm to upto 350mm
Safety - Safety switches activate when the machine is opened and is fitted with an emergency stop button
Supplied with stainless steel collector tray
Supplied with 2 wooden rolling pins for winding up the finished dough sheet
Supplied with flour holder basin
The 2 sheeter "wings" fold upwards to reduce floorspace
