Excel Packaging Machinery, the market leader in e-liquid packaging machinery, is pleased to announce its partnership with B&M Industrial Services of Germany as the sole agent to supply the UK and Ireland e-liquid industry with tax label machines to meet the new EU regulations for vaping products.

Excel offers a full solution to your e-juice packaging lines, including machinery for both carton labelling and 10ml bottle and short fill application. The BM STS 200 B is an automatic tax stamp unit that can apply tax stamps directly to the liquid bottle. This saves money on outer packaging and the investment in a new or additional machine.

The BM STS 100 is a semi-automatic tax stamp unit that can apply tax stamps to tobacco products. It features a start of application by a capacitive sensor, adjustable tax stamp magazine, application in I, L or landscape orientation, height adjustable by the spindle with counter, ergonomically adjustable desk (+/-150 mm), lockable rollers, fit to standard doors, hotmelt system by Focke Meler, status indication with HMI, energy saving vacuum system by Piab, power supply 400V and compressed air 6 bar.

The BM STS 200 is the automatic version of the BM STS. The products are separated on a transport belt and a tax stamp will be automatically applied. The product supply can be done manually by a customer-specific solution or by an optional rotary table. Downstream the transport belt products can be removed manually or can be transferred to customer-specific solutions. The BM STS 200 can be optionally upgraded with different functions.

Excel also supplies RFID and tamper-evident labelling solutions for supermarket requirements and the new EU laws for e-liquid bottles and cartons.
